When should I receive my refund?
When you click on "My Orders" in your TOPUPLIVE account, view your refunded paid orders.
Here is the meaning of the status:
Refund status : Refunded This means
that : Your order refund has been completed on TOPUPLIVE. The money has been
processed and credited to your TOPUPLIVE account balance.
Note: TOPUPLIVE supports refunds to your original payment method/bank
account. Some payments cannot continue with the original method.
Use the table below to check when you received your refund. Refunds take different amounts
of time, depending on how you originally paid.
