When should I receive my refund?

When you click on "My Orders" in your TOPUPLIVE account, view your refunded paid orders. Here is the meaning of the status:

Refund status : Refunded

This means that : Your order refund has been completed on TOPUPLIVE. The money has been processed and credited to your TOPUPLIVE account balance.

Note: TOPUPLIVE supports refunds to your original payment method/bank account. Some payments cannot continue with the original method.

Use the table below to check when you received your refund. Refunds take different amounts of time, depending on how you originally paid.

Manual transfer, ATM or cash deposit Bank i. Within 3 business days (Payments/orders refunded before 11am [GMT+8] will be processed on the same business day; refunds after 11am will be processed on the next business day.)
ii. Processing time may be affected by bank and country, sometimes it may take 10+ business days
iii. If refunded on weekends, public holidays or Fridays Refund requests made after 4pm [GMT+8] will be processed on Monday.
