Under what circumstances TOPUPLIVE will cover the buyer's purchase:
- The buyer did not receive their order, e.g. the product/service ordered.
- The product/service received by the buyer is significantly different from its description.
How do users get a refund?
- Refund requests for direct recharge products will not be accepted unless any of the above situations occur.
- The buyer should report to TOPUPLIVE within 72 hours after the product/service is delivered. After investigation by TOPUPLIVE, if the result is true, a refund can be processed.
- Refunds are issued to buyers within 14 business days, depending on the payment method you used.
The TOPUPLIVE refund policy does not include the following:
- The buyer has verified and confirmed to receive the order.
- Consumers have regret.
- Any transactions carried out outside the TOPUPLIVE online market.
- Any changes / updates by the official game developer or game publisher after the successful delivery.
TOPUPLIVE does not coverFraudulent claims,We reserve the right to take legal action and permanently suspend the buyer accounts that submit fraudulent claims.
In the event of a transaction dispute, the buyer has 72 hours to respond to our request for details by providing verified evidence. If the buyer fails to do so within the specified time frame, the issue will be deemed resolved and the dispute will be ended.
