The TOPUPLIVE platform must deliver products within 3 days. You can alert the TOPUPLIVE platform to start delivery by chatting with the TOPUPLIVE platform on KChat.
However, if TOPUPLIVE Platform fails to deliver the paid order to the buyer within 3 days, the order will be automatically cancelled and the funds will be returned to the buyer's account.
Alternatively, if the TOPUPLIVE platform does not reply or deliver the order after 1 hour, the buyer can request a refund for the paid order. Once a buyer requests a refund, the TOPUPLIVE platform will have 6 hours to deliver the order or agree to a refund to the buyer.
How to Request a refund
- Hover over your TOPUPLIVE account name to view the user panel. Click "My Order".
- Click the order ID (KXXXXXX) for the order you want to refund.
- Click the "Request a Refund" button.
attention: After the order is refunded, the money will be refunded to your TOPUPLIVE account balance.
