This skill can be charged for up to 1s, and its effects depend on charging time. lf the charge is interrupted or canceled, the cool down will be reduced by 40%.

Liu Bang selects a teammate and starts channeling in place, providing the teammate with a shield that negates 480 (+12% extra Health)-960 (+24% extra Health) damage. After 2.2 seconds, he teleports to the teammate.Upon arriving, Liu Bang gains 30% Movement Speed and restores 300 (+8% extra Health) Health to himself and nearby teammates. He also fully charges Staggering Charge, keeping it charged for 10 s .He can end the channeling early after 0.4 s. By doing so, he will immediately teleport to the teammate, remove their shield, and deal 200 (+40% Magical Attack)-400 (+80% Magical Attack) magical damage to nearby enemies. However ,he will not gain the recovery effect.The longer he channels for, the stronger the shield becomes and the more damage he deals upon canceling the channeling early.
3. Recommended Builds and Gameplay
(1) Fighter
For the fighter build, the focus is mainly on health and defense. Therefore, items like Blazing Cape, Glacial Buckler , Ominous Premonition, Longnight Guardian, and Frostscar’s Embrace are all good choices. These items significantly increase health while also balancing physical and magical defense.
(2) Support
According to the official information, Liu Bang is supposed to be a tank or a mage. So why can he also be a good support, and what makes him effective in this role? The main reason is his unique skills and support items that give him the qualities needed for support.
① Mobility: Liu Bang's second skill provides mobility, with the dash distance reaching its maximum after a 1-second charge, allowing him to traverse most walls in the map. Additionally, Liu Bang's third skill is a highly efficient support skill that covers the entire map.
②Control: Liu Bang's second skill has a brief stun effect. When combined with summoner spell stuns and items like Frostbite, Liu Bang can deliver close to 3 seconds of continuous stun effects.
③Survival: While all of Liu Bang's damage scales with ability power, his survival attributes (including shield amount and recovery) are tied to additional health. In the late game, if Liu Bang equips 6 defensive items, each providing around 1000 additional health, his first skill can provide over 2200 shield points, enough to withstand the damage from most single burst skills. When supporting with his third skill, combining the passive effect of Dawn's First Light and the active effect of Aegis can provide teammates with nearly 5000 shield points, often more than what Aegis can provide. With proper use, this shield can withstand the damage from a full burst skill like Daji's ultimate.
Note: When Liu Bang is played as a support, benefiting from his strong shields and support abilities, he is very suitable for protecting the team's marksman. However, he is even more effective at quickly teleporting to the side of the jungle hero, creating overwhelming pressure on the enemy backline in team fights. Therefore, Liu Bang is not recommended when the enemy team has multiple heroes with true damage.
Recommended Hero Combinations
Nezha: Nezha can directly move to the enemy backline, and when paired with Liu Bang, they can swiftly eliminate the enemy's high-priority targets.
Marco Polo: After using his third skill, Marco Polo is vulnerable to control or death. Liu Bang's third skill can provide him with shields and additional crowd control.
Sun Ce: Sun Ce's ultimate skill allows him to navigate the entire map. Liu Bang can use his third skill to teleport to Sun Ce after he collides with enemies, assisting Sun Ce in eliminating enemies.
Difficulty: Liu Bang's skills are not complex, so players can practice in training camps and then head straight into battles. Let the enemies experience the overwhelming defense of Liu Bang!
