Anaka is a character that debuted in version 3.2 of Honkai: Star Rail. Here are the detailed information about him.
1. Character Background
Anaka, also known as Anaxagoras, is one of the Goldborn in Onfaroth and one of the seven sages of the God-Enlightened Tree Court. He is the founder of the School of Intelligent Seeds. Because he dared to decipher the origin of the Titans and the world, he is often called a blasphemer. Currently, he shares a body with the Rational Titan Seshes.
Anaka believes that all things are born from the same source, and both the Titans and the world are composed of "intelligent seeds." Due to his arrogance, Anaka is much criticized among scholars.
2. Skill Mechanism
2.1 Normal Attack - "Chutong, Brewing True Knowledge"
Deals Wind DMG equal to 100% of Anaka's ATK to a single targeted enemy.
2.2 Skill - "Fractal, Dispelling False Knowledge"
Deals Wind DMG equal to 70% of Anaka's ATK to a single targeted enemy, and an additional 4 DMG instances.
Each DMG instance deals Wind DMG equal to 70% of Anaka's ATK to a randomly selected single enemy, preferentially hitting enemy targets not yet hit by this skill.
For each target that can be attacked on the field when this skill is cast, the DMG dealt by this skill increases by 15%.
2.3 Ultimate - "Growth and Breakthrough, World Shaping"
Inflicts the [Sublimation] state on all enemies, and then deals Wind DMG equal to 160% of Nahxia's ATK to all enemies.
In the [Sublimation] state, the target is simultaneously afflicted with Physical, Fire, Ice, Lightning, Wind, Quantum, and Imaginary DMG Weaknesses, lasting until the start of the target's turn.
If the target has no CC Resist, it cannot act in the [Sublimation] state.
2.4 Talent - "Fourfold Wisdom, Triple Supremacy"
Whenever Anaka hits an enemy target once, adds a randomly selected DMG Weakness to the target for 3 turns, preferentially adding a Weakness the target does not yet have.
When Anaka is on the field, enemy targets with at least 5 different DMG Weaknesses are inflicted with the [Revealed Essence] state.
Anaka's DMG dealt to targets in the [Revealed Essence] state increases by 40%. Additionally, after using a Normal Attack or Skill on such a target, an additional Skill is used on this target.
The additional Skill does not consume Skill Points and will not trigger this effect again. If the target is defeated before the additional Skill is used, it will be used on a randomly selected single enemy.
2.5 Secret Technique - "The Color of the Pupil Door"
After using the Secret Technique, causes enemies within a certain area to enter the Fear state.
Enemies in the Fear state will flee in a direction away from Nahxia for 10 seconds.
When our side attacks an enemy in the Fear state, it is always considered a Weakness - exploited entry into battle. After entering battle, Anaka adds a DMG Weakness of the attacker's element to each enemy target for 3 turns.

3.1 Light Cone Selection
"Life Should Be Devoted to It" can increase Anaka's CRIT Rate. At the start of the equipped character's turn, 10 Energy is restored, enhancing sustainability. When Anaka actively casts a skill, it reduces the DEF of enemy targets that have been affected by negative effects during this skill by 6%, which can reduce the DEF of multiple enemies in line with Anaka's skill mechanism, increasing output DMG.
"Before Dawn" can increase the equipped character's CRIT Rate and additional attack DMG, which is highly compatible with Anaka's multiple action characteristics. Moreover, it has a relatively high base white value, which can enhance Anaka's output DMG.

Anaka is a Wind - attribute Intellect character with a strong ability to add multiple weaknesses to enemies. His skill set allows for flexible control of enemy movement and disruption of the enemy formation.
