Break Effect is a primary character stat in Honkai: Star Rail. It can significantly boost a character's damage output in different situations. It affects the strength of the Weakness break. What is the Break Effect?

Firefly, Fugue, Ruan Mei, and Lingsha - having them in your team will make the Break Effect incredibly powerful. Instead of Fugue, you can also use Harmony Trailblazer to help Firefly cause a huge amount of Super Break DMG. As support, it is best to have Ruan Mei as she increases Break Efficiency and Break Effect.
Boothill, Sunday, Fugue, and Gallagher - This team efficiently uses Boothill to destroy the enemy's toughness. Instead of Sunday, you can also use Bronya to give more turns to Boothill. This helps the other members to deliver Weakness Break on the enemy quickly. After the enemy's state is weakness broken, Boothill's Enhanced Basic Attack can be used. This attack deals a good amount of Break Damage to one target.
