Friend Support Characters
Borrow high-level Pyro DPS characters from friends. Overload is strong this time, and Pyro characters have a clear advantage. Best choices: Arlecchino, Lyney, or Mavuika.
Arlecchino and Lyney can solo carry, deal massive damage, and have survival abilities.
Mavuika is extremely strong with high constellations and works well in both front and backline roles.
Varesa is another option, but she works best with a well-invested Iansan in an Overload setup.
Chasca is useful for breaking shield mechanics and dealing high damage.
Special Guest Characters
This time, only Xilonen is recommended.
She provides resistance reduction, damage boost, and healing—a powerful three-in-one effect that works in almost any boss fight.
Boss Stage Strategies
Bosses in This Event:
Male Clockwork Meka, Coppelius
Tenebrous Papilla: Type I (Shield Mechanic Boss)
Hydro Tulpa
Semi-Perpetual Control Matrix
Male Clockwork Meka, Coppelius
70% Cryo resistance and generates Cryo shields that can be broken using Elemental Reactions or "Wild Attacks."
Recommended Wild Attack Characters:
Clorinde (Normal Attacks after Elemental Skill), Chevreuse (Elemental Skill), and Lynette (Elemental Skill).
High interruption resistance is needed for melee characters.
Recommended Strategy: Use Pyro or Wild Attack characters for easy shield-breaking.
Tenebrous Papilla: Type I (Shield Boss)
Nightshroud attacks or high-frequency elemental attacks help break its shield quickly.
Best Choices:
Chasca (best for shield breaking) or Ororon (EQ can break shields effectively).
If unavailable, use Clorinde, Mavuika, Varesa, or Fischl.
Once the shield breaks, the boss becomes paralyzed and loses 70% resistance, allowing for full DPS.
Recommended Strategy: Use Nightshroud or high-frequency elemental attacks to break the shield and avoid high damage attacks.
Hydro Tulpa
Continuously applies Hydro, and summons Hydro Minions that need to be destroyed quickly.
If the Hydro Minions aren’t destroyed, the boss absorbs them, gaining 45% resistance and enhanced attacks.
Overload teams are highly effective since Electro and Hydro can co-exist.
Recommended Strategy: Use Pyro DPS or Overload Teams (e.g., Varesa Overload or Raiden Overload).
Semi-Perpetual Control Matrix
Bringing an Electro character is highly recommended to break its invisibility mode, causing paralysis.
This saves time and increases damage output efficiency.
Recommended Strategy: Include at least one Electro character in your team.
Starting Strategy
Prioritize buying companions first to prepare for later stages.
If necessary, save Clorinde for the Male Clockwork Meka fight.
First wave strategy: Use Xiao + Sucrose + two support characters to clear early mobs.
Choose buffs that enhance Overload reactions and Pyro/Anemo synergy.
